All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if offered)
Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or new collection launches.
Heavenly Lingerie is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Be sure to double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heavenlylingeriestore.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
